Commission a record
Government departments, temple trusts, universities and conservation practices. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins and may include terrestrial/aerial photogrammetry, measured architectural drawings (plans, sections, axonometrics) and dated condition baselines. All deliverables and stated uncertainties are recorded in the published record.

Sponsor a documentation project
Funding can support a specific documentation project, underwriting the survey, drawing and open publication of the resulting record, where the agreed publication terms permit. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

University & academic partnerships
Architecture schools, engineering faculties and research institutions. Collaborative field documentation workshops, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and research dataset access. Scope is agreed based on institutional requirements.

Nominate a site at risk
If you know of a building that should be documented (such as a structure at risk, a temple without a measured record or a monument whose significance is unrecognised), send us the name and location. Every nomination is read.

Scholarship, teaching and non-commercial reuse are permitted under CC BY-NC 4.0. Write if you need high-resolution plates or specific research formats.

Correct the archive
If you can date a building listed as contested, read an unrecorded inscription or provide verified corrections, corrections are published with the next record version.
