Vaayil publishes an archive. It does not run an advertising business and this website is built accordingly.

No tracking

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cross-site identifiers and no behavioural profiling on this site. Nothing you read here is used to build a picture of you.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Nothing on it requires you to accept anything before reading.

Search

Site search runs entirely in your browser against a static index downloaded with the page. Your queries are not sent to a server, are not logged and are not seen by us.

Fonts

Typefaces are currently served from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server when a page loads. Self-hosted fonts are in preparation and will remove that request entirely.

What you send us deliberately

If you write to us or submit an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter, we hold what you sent (your email address and your message) for as long as it takes to answer you and for the newsletter, until you unsubscribe. It is not sold, shared or used for anything else. Every newsletter carries a working unsubscribe link.

Server logs

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which keeps standard request logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not connect those logs to anything else.
